We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the vibrant kitchen team at The Marylebone Hotel, a luxury destination tucked away in the heart of Marylebone Village; one of London’s most charming and fashionable neighbourhoods.

As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across our beautifully designed restaurant, bars and private event spaces. You’ll be part of a talented, forward-thinking kitchen team that values creativity, collaboration, and precision. From chic breakfasts to elegant dinners and bespoke private events, your expertise will help shape menus that celebrate the best of seasonal British produce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Assist the Head Chef in creating seasonal menus that delight our guests.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards in line with health regulations.
  • Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
  • Train and develop junior kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
