Come and join our team at the Doyle Collection in London, you will be supporting the Talent Team in finding exceptional talent across various hospitality positions.

As a Talent Executive, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates to join our luxury hotels. You will support the team by reviewing CVs, sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates. Job Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates
  • Update Social Media posts
  • Screenings of candidates both via phone and face to face 
  • Identifying key talent for the hotels 
  • Provide meaningful and timely feedback to candidates
  • Posting and updating adverts on our ATS
  • Update daily and weekly reports 
  • You'll have a keen awareness of diversity and actively encourage diverse talent pools
  • Assist on projects across the teams as required
