Wilde Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and uphold the highest standards of fine dining service.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of each shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while supporting the wider hotel team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about food, service, and team development.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on efficiency and excellence
  • Motivate, manage, and mentor the front-of-house team
  • Maintain high standards in service, hygiene, and safety
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve financial targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role, ideally in a 4* or 5* environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • A proactive, hands-on management style with attention to detail
  • Ability to lead by example and inspire a positive team culture
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
