As a Bar Manager you will have a genuine interest in bar operations, and a person who loves going the extra mile to make sure our guests have an amazing experience and leave wanting to come back again and again.

Experience in leading a team, running a shift, and knowledge of what makes a bar operation run smoothly are all essential for this role. Managing stock movement and understanding profitability of a beverage outlet within a hotel environment will also be key to success in this role.
