FF&E & Design Integrity Manager
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Competitive
We are looking for an experienced and design-focused FF&E & Design Integrity Manager to join our Interior Design team and play a key role in protecting and enhancing the guest experience across our luxury hotel portfolio.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who combines a passion for exceptional design with strong project management skills. Working across refurbishment projects and existing hotels, you will ensure that every detail, from furniture, lighting and finishes to the overall atmosphere of a space, reflects the quality, character and design standards of our brand.
You will manage FF&E packages through specification, procurement, installation and completion, while also acting as a guardian of design integrity across our hotels. Working closely with hotel teams, suppliers, designers and project stakeholders, you will help ensure that our properties continue to deliver an outstanding luxury guest experience long after a project has been completed.
Responsibilities
- Managing FF&E aspects of refurbishment and capital projects from concept through to installation.
- Protecting design intent throughout procurement, manufacturing and delivery.
- Conducting regular hotel visits and design audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting hotels with replacement furniture, finishes, lighting and accessories while maintaining design standards.
- Building strong relationships with operational teams and acting as a trusted design advisor across the portfolio.
- Contributing to the development of design standards, approved suppliers and product libraries.
About You
You will have experience within luxury hospitality, high-end residential, retail or another design-led environment, together with strong FF&E and project management expertise. You have an exceptional eye for detail, understand the importance of quality and presentation, and can confidently balance design ambitions with operational and commercial realities.
Most importantly, you understand that luxury is defined by the details. You notice when a room feels unbalanced, a finish is not quite right, or when a seemingly small change impacts the overall guest experience.
If you are passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful, timeless hotel environments and enjoy working across both projects and operations, we'd love to hear from you.
