Accommodation Manager

The River Lee are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accommodation Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the accommodation & housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service are maintained throughout the hotel.

This will be a full-time role, on a fixed-term basis of 1 year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the accommodation department, including housekeeping and laundry services
• Train, motivate, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high cleanliness standards
• Monitor and control departmental expenses, including labor and supplies, to meet budgetary goals
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any accommodation-related issues promptly
• Implement and maintain quality assurance standards to uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence
