Located opposite Old Trafford, our vibrant hotel combines exceptional food, drink, events and guest service in a unique sporting environment. We're looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support our Food & Beverage operation and help lead our talented team.

The Role

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you'll work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our restaurant, bar, lounge, events and matchday service. You'll lead by example, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service while supporting, motivating and developing the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of all Food & Beverage operations.
• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure consistently high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members.
• Monitor labour costs, stock control and departmental budgets.
• Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing and health & safety regulations.
• Support the delivery of conferences, events, weddings and matchday hospitality.
• Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and upselling opportunities.
• Act as Duty Manager when required.
