Goods Inwards Assistant

A Good Inwards Assistant will provide excellent guest service and genuine hospitality by creating memorable luxury experiences in line with the hotel and Company standards. THe will deliver exceptional service including standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety.  he will ensure the stores department procedures are followed to the required standard.

A Good Inwards Assistant will supervise the Loading Bay, ensuring all Goods received are in good standards, correct and packaged appropriately. He will decant the Goods receivedens and ensure the Loading bay Recycling systems are maintained and checked the upkeep and cleanliness of the Loading Bay area.

He will be totally flexible in performing duties assigned and in assisting within the department and throughout the hotel as required.

Key Objectives

• To control all stock levels, ensuring correct stock rotation and usage, whilst minimising wastage and costs.
• To maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene and safety, and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• To assist in the smooth running of each shift ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
• To maximise service provided through adhering to Company standards.
• To serve guests in a friendly, timely and professional manner.
• Supervise the Loading Bay recycling, waste management and cleanliness.
• Ensure all Good received are correct, decanted and stored appropriately.
