Bar Supervisor

Contract: Permanent
Salary: £30,160 per year + service charge

Job Description 

As Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bar, including but not limited to: opening and closing procedures, stocking and ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness standards, training and supervising bartenders and barbacks, and enforcing alcohol safety policies. In addition, you will assist the Bar Manager and the Head Bartender in developing creative drink menus, planning and executing special events, and overseeing the bar budget.
