- Own the corporate market across the DMV, with full accountability for total account production, inclusive of transient and group guestroom goals, driving a holistic and integrated approach to revenue generation.
Consortia & Partnership Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for consortia and strategic partners, ensuring strong engagement and alignment.
- Lead the development and performance of the hotel’s consortia programs, with a focus on increasing agency production and share.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to execute targeted campaigns and maximize visibility across consortia channels.
- Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of partner platforms, including intranet content, promotions, and rate visibility.

- Lead the annual RFP process for assigned accounts, ensuring strategic positioning and competitive advantage.
- Contribute to monthly forecasting, quarterly business reviews, and annual budget planning with a clear lens on revenue optimization.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management and CRM discipline to ensure transparency and performance tracking.
Representation & Market Presence
