Guest Experience Executive

Contract: Permanent
Salary: £27,500 and Generous Service Charge

Role Responsibilities

The Guest Experience Executive is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences assisting the Guest Experience Manager overseeing the Guest Experience team. This includes developing strategies to enhance the guest experience, managing guest interactions from pre-arrival to after departure, and providing leadership and support to the Guest Experience team.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and ensure the hotel is meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Conduct regular audits of guest feedback and surveys, analysing results and making recommendations for improvements.
  • To liaise with Concierge, Reception and Room Service teams to find opportunities to ‘surprise and delight’ our guests whenever possible.
  • Greet VIP guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process, including room assignments and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • To have good knowledge of the room types and be able to allocate accordingly anticipating guests needs and taking preferences in to account.
  • Ensure that the on an individual basis the Hotel consistently meets or exceeds LQA, Forbes and The Doyle Collection standards and/or other hotel benchmarks for guest satisfaction and service quality.
  • To be part of a team environment which promotes good employee morale and ensures a high level of commitment and pride in the hotel.
