Guest Service Agent
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £27,500 & Generous Service Charge
Main Purpose
As a proud member of our Guest Services team, you will serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring that the guest receives a memorable stay at the hotel. You will assist in the smooth running of the front of house and guest services departments, ensuring that all tasks are completed to standard in a timely fashion. Your enthusiasm for delivering excellent service will shine through, and you will have the opportunity to excel in a luxurious property.
Role responsibilities include:
- To ensure regular management of the reservation mailbox with answering in a timely and professional manner.
- To assist with all telephone maintenance and line issues and keep up to date logs of all maintenance calls along with maintenance of any internet and wireless systems.
- To maintain a constant focus on quality - both in terms of the product and service offered.
- To develop and maintain a high level of bedroom product, Meeting and Events spaces and Food and Beverage outlets menus and opening hours knowledge and local area knowledge.
- To provide guests with a friendly and efficient warm welcome during each and every telephone call received at the hotel, following LQA, Forbes and hotel service standards
This is a full time role on a 5 over 7 shift basis.
