Food and Beverage Controller
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £30,349 & Service Charge
We are looking for a motivated and precise Food and Beverage Controller to join our team in The Marylebone. Playing a key role in the finance and food and beverage departments, you will monitor all incoming deliveries and stock, ensuring accuracy and effeciency. Clear comunication and accurate reporting are vital for this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- To check all incoming goods for weight, accuracy and quality against delivery notes.
- To ensure that first in, first out practices are used to prevent stock going out of date.
- To monitor returnable barrels and bottles, ensuring that they are returned to suppliers on a regular basis and that accurate records of returns are kept.
- To assist in the carrying out of monthly stocktakes and weekly stock checks as directed by management.
- To place orders for items in dry food store, liquor, cleaning materials and all other required stock in accordance with required stock holding.
- To report immediately any stock losses or deficiencies to Food & Beverage Management and Financial Controller.
