Are you a hands-on and passionate Food & Beverage professional ready to lead and inspire a dynamic team? The Marylebone Hotel, a luxury and contemporary destination in the heart of London, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to oversee our multi-outlet operations, including 108 Brasserie, the Cocktail Bar, and Meetings & Events.
About the Role:
As the Food & Beverage Director, you will take a strategic leadership role in driving the commercial success and operational excellence across all F&B outlets. You will help drive the repositioning of the 108 Brasserie to enhance its market presence and appeal, while developing innovative activations to elevate guest engagement and revenue growth. Your role is critical in shaping the overall food and beverage experience, inspiring your team, and delivering exceptional standards that reflect The Marylebone’s luxury reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership across 108 Brasserie, the Cocktail Bar, and Meetings & Events, ensuring consistent excellence in service and operations.
- Help drive the strategic repositioning of 108 Brasserie, defining its unique identity and driving enhanced guest experiences through creative concepts and activations.
- Develop and implement compelling activations and events that increase guest engagement and contribute to revenue growth.
- Mentor, motivate, and develop a high-performing food and beverage team, fostering a positive and productive culture.
- Oversee daily operations to guarantee seamless service delivery and outstanding guest satisfaction across all outlets.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, events, and front-of-house teams to ensure flawless coordination and execution.
- Drive sales growth and financial targets, managing budgets, staffing, scheduling, and cost controls effectively.
- Analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism, addressing any issues promptly to uphold the hotel’s high standards.
- Support the delivery of successful meetings and events, ensuring all client expectations are met or exceeded.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Director or senior operational leader within luxury or upscale hospitality.
- Demonstrated success in repositioning restaurants and developing innovative activations that drive commercial results.
- Strong operational expertise across multi-outlet environments including restaurants, bars, and events.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passionate commitment to delivering outstanding luxury guest experiences.
- Experience within London’s competitive hospitality market is highly advantageous.
