F&B Reservations Agent

We are looking for a confident and detail-oriented F&B Reservations Agent to join our London Cluster, supporting The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury, and The Kensington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while working across three distinctive luxury hotels.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all restaurant and bar reservations across the three London properties
• Handling guest enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner
• Delivering a personalised service, anticipating guest needs and special occasions
• Maximising revenue through effective reservation management and upselling opportunities
• Maintaining accurate records within reservation systems, including guest preferences and VIP details
• Liaising closely with F&B and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Coordinating group bookings, private dining, and special requests
• Upholding brand standards and ensuring a consistently high level of guest satisfaction
• Handling guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, or a guest-facing role
• Strong communication skills with a warm and professional approach
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for food, beverage, and luxury hospitality
