Restaurant General Manager

Position Overview:
As the General Manager, you will lead a dedicated team to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of food, beverage, and service quality. You will be pivotal in driving business growth, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive, results-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of Pembroke Restaurant and associated food & beverage outlets.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor restaurant staff; cultivate talent within the team.
• Organize pre-shift and departmental meetings to communicate specials, events, and guest feedback.Set and monitor weekly sales and performance goals, motivating the team to achieve targets.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, equipment functionality, and strict cost controls.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and Director of F&B to develop seasonal, trend-forward menus.
• Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, vendor relations, and staff grooming and uniform standards.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to feedback.
• Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and food safety regulations.
