Are you a dynamic marketing leader with a passion for luxury hospitality? The Doyle Collection is seeking an Assistant Director of Marketing to drive the growth, revenue, and reputation of our three iconic London hotels: The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury, and The Kensington.

Responsibilities:
• Lead impactful campaigns to enhance The Doyle Collection’s reputation and attract high-value bookings across our London portfolio.
• Develop and manage key partnerships with luxury brands, cultural venues, media, and influencers.
• Drive marketing for meetings, events, and B2B channels to boost revenue.
• Act as the dedicated Marketing Champion for The Marylebone Hotel, leading targeted plans and campaigns.
• Oversee PR, CRM, and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring a cutting-edge online presence.
• Lead creative content production, collaborating with talented designers, photographers, and videographers.
• Work closely with Food & Beverage teams to market standout restaurants and bars as destination venues.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously optimise campaigns and deliver measurable results.
• Collaborate with sales, revenue, and hotel teams, attending key meetings and managing budgets.

Experience:
• An experienced marketing leader with a proven track record in luxury hotel or lifestyle brand marketing.
• Skilled in crafting strategic B2C and B2B campaigns that deliver results.
• An expert in digital marketing, social media, CRM, and creative content development.
• A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strategic, commercial, and organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
