We are seeking an experienced and highly personable Head Concierge to lead our concierge and lobby teams, ensuring every guest journey is seamless, intuitive and memorable from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the concierge, door and lobby teams to deliver outstanding, Forbes-standard service
- Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with efficiency, professionalism and warmth
- Curate bespoke guest experiences, supported by strong local knowledge and connections
- Manage VIP and returning guests with a highly personalised approach
- Drive revenue through concierge services, partnerships and recommendations
- Maintain exceptional standards across all front-of-house areas
- Inspire and develop your team, embedding a culture of Excellence, personal, Belonging and Warmth
- Work closely with Front Office and Guest Relations to create a seamless guest journey
