Front of House Manager

The Westbury Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Front of House Manager to join our dynamic leadership team.

The Role
As Front of House Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will lead by example on the floor, motivate and develop a high‑performing team, and ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Front of House.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, inspire, and support the Front of House team
• Ensure outstanding service standards at all times
• Manage daily operations, staffing, and guest flow
• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
• Work closely with senior management and other departments
• Maintain brand standards, procedures, and compliance

About You
• Proven experience in a Front of House management role within luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands‑on, organised, and guest‑focused
• Flexible with hours (including evenings and weekends)
• Passionate about service excellence and team development
