Senior Meeting and Events Executive

 

An opportunity to join the Meeting and Events Sales team at The Westbury Hotel is now available for a passionate professional who wants to progress their career.

This role will focus on the Meetings & Events throughout the various spaces in the hotel. As the Senior Meeting & Events Sales Executive you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Sales as well as the Operations team in all aspects of the sale process.

With seven beautifully appointed Event Spaces, including the light filled Grafton Suite ballroom this role will be ideal for someone who has a 5* or luxury hospitality background,with exceptional attention to detail and who always works with the guest at the centre of everything they do.

This role will be working closely, and in support of the wider sales team , as well as all onsite operational team members with a direct line to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Managing BEO’s and all meetings and events sales enquiries, showcasing the venue, meet and greet with clients and supporting the full sales team in an administrative capacity is a key requirement of the role.
