Salary - up to £40,000 per annum

Hoppers Kings Cross are seeking a Bar Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bar Manager looking for an opportunity in an award winning, critically acclaimed group.

The Restaurant

Hoppers the much talked about, fast paced Sri Lankan restaurant. We are looking for team members who can come on-board to our award-winning concept inspired by the food of Tamil Nadu and Sri Lanka. We serve our London twist on hoppers, dosas, kothus and roasts. Complimented by a tropical drinks list with Genever and Arrack at its heart. The Position

As Bar Manager, you will have experience in managing at least one outlet, you will have a good understanding of cocktails, be outgoing, driven and flexible. The successful candidate will be behind the bar, leading on training, rotas, stock and cost control.

The Successful Assistant Bar Manager will have:

  • Prior experience as a Bar Manager or Head Bartender within a high-quality restaurant or bar;
  • Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
  • A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
  • Passion for beverage, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
