JKS Restaurants are seeking a Reception & Reservations Manager to join their team for an exciting new opening in Dubai this year. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate with exceptional guest experience knowledge and skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reception & Reservations Manager to join an award‑winning, critically acclaimed group, supporting a high‑profile opening. The restaurant will showcase one of JKS’ Michelin‑starred Indian concepts as part of the group’s continued international expansion/growth.

The Position

We're looking for an experienced Reception & Reservations Manager to ensure a welcoming and engaging first impression, and an exceptional guest experience and ensuring a seamless journey for our guests from start to finish.

If you have experience in the following, then we want to hear from you:

  • Proven experience as a Reception Manager or Reservations Manager in a premium or high-volume premium restaurant
  • Deliver a professional and welcoming guest experience, building rapport to encourage repeat visits
  • Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists strategically to maximise covers and service flow
  • Handle guest enquiries across phone, email, and in person with professionalism and diplomacy
  • Oversee VIPs, regulars, and special requests with discretion and attention to detail
  • Respond to guest feedback, complaints, and last-minute changes calmly and efficiently
  • Maintain a strong presence on reception during peak service periods
  • Optimise table allocation to support revenue and smooth operations
  • Monitor booking trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Coordinate large parties, private dining bookings, and special events
  • Full proficiency in SevenRooms
