We’re looking for a talented Grill or Mangal Chef to join our team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an ambitious Grill or Mangal Chef to play a key role in a dynamic & growing restaurant group with big plans ahead. You will be joining a driven and passionate team. Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand across three locations, Berenjak is an exciting group of Persian restaurants with four locations in the UK (Mayfair, Soho, Borough Market and Soho Farmhouse) and seven internationally across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and New York.

The Restaurant

Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand, Berenjak is a fast paced, exciting and critically acclaimed Persian restaurant situated in the heart of Soho. The menu reinterprets the classic hole in the wall eateries lining the streets of Tehran. The restaurant accommodates 40 covers over one floor, rustic and lively, bringing to life Iranian history and culture. We have a passionate, fun & enthusiastic team that embody this culture and re-create, family-oriented memories for guests.

The Position

We're looking for an experienced Grill or Mangal Chef to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests. You'll have experience working in a quality kitchen, adhering to standard operating and Health and Safety procedures. More importantly we are looking for people for as passionate about food and hospitality as we are!

If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:

  • 1-2 years experience as a Grill or Mangal Chef within a fast-paced quality, restaurant;
  • Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
  • A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
  • Passion for about food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
  • The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group;
