The Position

The successful General Manager will have:

• Previous experience as General Manager in a premium restaurant or member’s club;
• Charismatic persona, along with a hands-on approach to work and impeccable attention to detail;
• Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a team;
• Passion for hospitality and excellent knowledge of food and beverage;
• Previous experience working in high quality restaurant or Michelin preferred.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the whole restaurant operation and ensuring the running of a smooth service;
• Welcoming and attending to guests with an exceptional level of care and service, ensuring that they leave with a positive and memorable experience;
• Inspiring, motivating and training your team to deliver the highest levels of service and genuine, warm hospitality;
• Developing the restaurant into a pillar of the local community by building relationships with both our regular guests and local businesses;
• Leading the business with a hands on approach to your role and ensuring that you consistently support your team in day-to-day operations;
• Delivering commercial KPIs across ASPH, GPs, labour and overheads control.
