The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. The PositionReporting into the Head of Research Development and Centralised Production, the R&D Beverage Assistant will be at the forefront of producing bespoke ingredients and assisting with research and development for the whole group. The focus will be on producing distillates, cordials, infusions and batches for all JKS Restaurants and Airmail consultancy partners as well as developing and creating new menu offerings, while working closely with the Airmail team, General Managers and Bar Managers of each restaurant to maintain high standards.
