The Roof Gardens is a social club in the sky, 100 feet above the streets of Kensington. Close to an acre of private gardens with views across London to the horizon, The Roof Gardens is a new generation members club.
A place of escape, bursting with wildflowers, olive and mulberry trees, grassy lawns and hidden nooks. An Art Deco gem created in 1938, The Roof Gardens has a legendary legacy. The Roof Gardens’ community is united by open-mindedness, optimism and kindness, not defined by background.
The Role
As the Membership Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for members and their guests within the club. Working across evenings and weekends, you will ensure that every visit delivers a personalized and seamless experience tailored to individual preferences. As a visible presence on the floor and a trusted ambassador for The Roof Gardens, you will embody the club’s values through professionalism, warmth, and integrity. Your confident, charismatic demeanour and meticulous attention to detail will help create memorable experiences that reflect the exceptional standards of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a positive member experience and be the ‘face’ of The Roof Gardens.
- Work with the Membership team to support Member strategy in identifying potential new members and supporting applications.
- Collaborate and/or feedback on any member strategies aimed at maximising revenue and enhancing the club reputation.
- Work with Membership and F&B Management to support guest experience.
- Reach out to new members specifically to introduce yourself as a friendly face and convert to memberships.
About you
- Demonstratable experience in a similar Member/Customer relations role in a similar business in the luxury market.
- Experience working with Seven Rooms and CRM systems.
- Passionate for curating exceptional member experiences.
- Engaging, personable and professional at all times with exceptional attention to details.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and a true passion for hospitality and customer service
- A desire to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Great organisation skills and confident communicator of the English language.
