Berenjak are seeking a Floor Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Floor Manager looking for a new role in an award winning, critically acclaimed group.

Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand across two locations, Berenjak is an exciting group of Persian restaurants with four locations in the UK (Soho, Borough Market, Berenjak Mayfair, Soho Farmhouse) and four internationally (UAE, Qatar, New York and LA). The menu reinterprets the classic hole in the wall eateries lining the streets of Tehran, whilst the service style focuses on genuine, warm hospitality and memorable guest experiences. The Successful Floor Manager will have:

  • Previous experience as a Floor Manager or Assistant Floor Manager ready to take on more responsibility;
  • Warm and welcoming persona, along with a hands-on approach to work and impeccable attention to detail;
  • Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a team;
  • Passion for hospitality and a excellent knowledge of food and beverage;
  • Eagerness to learn and develop your career within an award-winning restaurant group.

As Floor Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the senior management team in managing day-to-day restaurant operations with warmth and professionalism;
  • Ensuring the running of a smooth service. This is a hands-on management role and the ideal candidate will be able to oversee and manage a large, dynamic FOH team;
  • Developing and being able to deliver an engaging training programme;
  • Demonstrate the ability to run engaging and informative briefings before service, communicating any updates to the menu, new items, specials, and limited stock ;
  • Champion quality and consistency - ensure positive communication between both the FOH and Kitchen teams to deliver exceptional product and guest experience.
