Located in Mayfair, Gymkhana is inspired by the bars, social, sports and members’ clubs of the British Raj in India and serves contemporary Indian cuisine using seasonal British ingredients with a strong focus on the tandoori oven. Opened in 2013,Gymkhana received a Michelin star in 2014 and was awarded a second star in 2024. The Position

The right Senior Bartender will be passionate and knowledgeable about beers, whisky and cocktails, and have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair.

The Successful Senior Bartender will have:

Prior experience as a Senior Bartender within a high-quality restaurant or bar;
Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
Passion for beverage, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group.

The Group
