The RoleThe JKS Wine and Beverage team are seeking an administrator to support in the successful running of the beverage program inside JKS. They will assist with maintaining the commercial success and product integrity of our wine offering. This is a group-wide role across the Indian, Chef-led and Fine Casual restaurants, encompassing both commercial and creative responsibilities. Reporting to the Group Wine Buyer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for both the daily administration of the wine program and wider projects including working on two new openings this summer. This is a brilliant opportunity to work as part of the Group Beverage team, liaising with Cost Control, Sommelier teams, Bar Managers, Wine suppliers, meeting and tasting with winemakers and Account Managers.
