Hillside Lodge Care Home, located in Berwick-upon-Tweed, provides high quality Nursing, Residential, Dementia, Respite and Palliative Care in a warm and welcoming environment. Clinical Lead Contract

• £24.00 per hour 
• 33 hours per week , 1 Supernumary , 2 Clinical Shifts per week
• Paid DBS, pension and uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Working closely with the Home Manager and wider leadership team, you will provide day to day clinical leadership while supporting nurses and care teams to deliver safe, effective and person centred care. From overseeing medication management and supporting care planning to monitoring clinical standards, mentoring colleagues and ensuring best practice is consistently maintained, your leadership will directly influence the quality of care residents receive.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse who is ready to take the next step into a clinical leadership position. Whether you are currently working as a Registered Nurse, Night Charge Nurse or already hold clinical leadership experience, your confidence, expertise and ability to support others will help create a safe, supportive and well led environment where both residents and colleagues can thrive.

What Matters Most

•  Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC PIN is essential
•  Previous nursing experience within a care home or similar healthcare environment is essential
•  Strong clinical knowledge with confidence supporting medication management, care planning and clinical decision making
•  Experience supporting, mentoring or guiding colleagues within a clinical environment is beneficial
•  Good understanding of clinical standards, compliance and delivering safe person centred care
•  Professional, compassionate and dependable leadership approach with genuine commitment to exceptional care
