Activities Lead

• £13.52 per hour
• 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (alternate weekend working)

This role involves leading and delivering a well organised activities programme that supports residents’ wellbeing, engagement and day to day quality of life.

As Activities Lead, you will take responsibility for planning, coordinating and delivering a varied programme of group and one to one activities. This includes organising events, adapting activities to suit individual needs and ensuring all residents are encouraged to take part in a way that works for them.

The role requires strong organisational skills. You will manage schedules, plan ahead, coordinate resources and ensure activities run consistently and effectively across the week.

You will lead the wellbeing team, providing direction, support and structure to ensure a consistent and engaging approach. Working closely with the wider team, you will ensure activities align with residents’ needs, preferences and care plans.

Good IT skills are important for planning, recording and organising activities, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and communication.

We are looking for someone creative, reliable and confident in leading others. Previous experience planning or delivering activities is beneficial, along with the ability to organise, prioritise and adapt where needed.

A full driving licence is desirable, but not essential.
