Senior Care Assistant (Nightshift) Contract
- £14.50 per hour
- 38.5 hours per week
- Nightshift – 8:00pm to 8:00am
- Two week rolling rota provided in advance, helping you plan ahead and achieve a better work life balance
- Paid PVG, pension and uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Alongside delivering high quality care, you will help oversee the smooth running of the nightshift, support medication administration, maintain accurate records and respond to any changes in residents' wellbeing. Your leadership will help ensure residents feel comfortable, safe and cared for at all times.

What Matters Most
- SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Previous experience within a care environment
- Medication administration experience is beneficial
- Confidence supporting colleagues and leading by example
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A caring, reliable and professional approach
