Job Overview:
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service across our dining outlets including the Shelburne Restaurant, bar & lounge. You will ensure that guests receive prompt, professional, and friendly service, helping to create memorable experiences in a luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests in a polite and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages to the highest standard
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
• Prepare and set up for daily service
• Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
• Uphold Bowood’s brand standards at all times

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Previous experience in a food & beverage or hospitality role preferred
• Passionate about customer service and delivering a high-quality experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Smart appearance and a professional attitude
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
