Cleaning Operative

This is the largest of our Krispy Kreme stores — offering customers the full experience: dine-in, drive-thru, and, of course, our famous Hot Light. It’s where doughnut magic meets customer connection, and it could be the perfect place to kickstart your career.

As a team member, you’ll rotate across key areas — from welcoming drive-thru guests and serving dine-in customers, to keeping the store in top shape and being part of the action when the Hot Light is on.

Our stores typically open from around 7am and close around 1am, so some shifts may involve lone working, especially during early mornings or late evenings. That’s why we require all applicants to be 18 or over and confident working independently when needed.

We provide full training, so no experience is needed — just bring your energy, great customer service skills, and a drive to master your craft as part of the Krispy Kreme family.

Ever wondered who helps keep the doughnut magic running smoothly? That’s where you come in.

As a Cleaning Operative at Krispy Kreme, you're more than just a cleaner — you're the guardian of sparkle and shine across our busy doughnut-making world. From keeping our trays spotless to making sure our spaces are safe, hygienic and welcoming, you’ll play a key role in delivering the quality our fans know and love.

You'll be working across a variety of areas:

• Inside the factory, washing doughnut trays, kitchen equipment, and utensils
• In staff areas and corridors, maintaining clean, comfortable spaces
• Outside the building, cleaning bins, trolleys, and handling food waste and recycling

It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and no two days are quite the same. Whether it’s sunny or stormy, you’ll be supporting the doughnut-making process from the ground up.

• Are flexible to work 8-hour shifts in line with our manufacturing schedule
• Have great availability across the week, Monday through Sunday
