Are you ready to take ownership of your route and become part of the team at our Blanchardstown hub?

The Role

As a 3.5T Driver at Krispy Kreme, you will be responsible for completing daily multi-drop deliveries to our stores and grocery partners, ensuring our handcrafted doughnuts arrive fresh and ready for customers to enjoy.
You will:

• Take ownership of your daily delivery route
• Deliver products safely, efficiently and on time
• Ensure in-store cabinets are fully stocked, clean, correctly merchandised and campaign-ready
• Accurately record waste and support demand planning
• Maintain high standards of vehicle care and compliance
• Work closely with the Transport Supervisor to support operational performance
This is a hands-on role where you are trusted to represent the Krispy Kreme brand on the road and in-store.

What We’re Looking For

• Full driving licence (standard B licence suitable for 3.5T vehicle)
• Aged 23+ with a minimum of 2 years’ driving experience (insurance requirements)
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
• Previous commercial multi-drop driving experience preferred
• Good knowledge of road safety and compliance
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic
• A people-focused individual who supports an inclusive culture

Role Details

• Location: Blanchardstown
• Start time: Between 4:00am - 4:30am
• 45 hours per week
• 5 days over 7 (includes some weekends)
• Shift length: 9 hours per day
• 18–22 drops per day
• Competitive salary, paid monthly
