Are you ready to take ownership of your route and step up into a leadership role at our Blanchardstown hub?

The Role

As a Senior Driver at Krispy Kreme, you will be reporting to the Senior Logistics Team Manager and carry out your daily multi-drop delivery duties while also taking on additional responsibility within the transport operation.

Alongside delivering our handcrafted doughnuts to stores and grocery partners, you will:

• Take ownership of your daily route
• Ensure in-store cabinets are fully stocked, clean, correctly merchandised and campaign-ready
• Accurately record waste and support demand planning
• Work closely with the Transport Supervisor to drive performance and profitability

As a Senior Driver, you will also support the wider transport operation by:

• Partnering with the Transport Supervisor to help manage daily transport activities
• Ensuring vehicles remain roadworthy and compliant at all times
• Monitoring and supporting driver compliance with traffic legislation and driver hours regulations
• Assisting with driver training and assessments in line with company guidelines
• Supporting cost controls, staff retention and key performance indicators, which will be discussed in detail at interview
This is a hands-on role that combines delivery excellence with operational leadership and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

• Full driving licence with C1 entitlement
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Aged 23+ with a minimum of 2 years’ driving experience (insurance requirements)
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
• Previous commercial driving experience in vehicles 3.5T+ essential
• Experience supporting or supervising drivers is desirable
• Strong understanding of driver hours and transport compliance
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and reliability
• A people-focused individual who supports an inclusive culture

Role Details

• Location: Blanchardstown
• Start time: 4:00am
• 45 hours per week
• 5 days over 7 (includes some weekends)
• Shift length: 9 hours per day
• 18–22 drops per day
• Competitive salary, paid monthly
