Located in Albany Park, Frimley Road, Camberley, our Frimley site serves as both the UK Head Office and a production facility.

There’s a real emphasis on collaboration and cross-team working: production talks to quality, HR works closely with operations, support functions feed into strategy. Everyone has a part to play.

Pay & Hours

• Competitive salary (dependant on role you could be entitled to bonus & car allowance eligibility required)
• 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
• Hybrid role: Office based 3 days a week (Frimley or London dependant on role) 2 other days of your choice!
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays + option to buy up to 5 extra days

We’re looking for a smart, collaborative Demand Planning Partner to help us make sure the right products are in the right place, at the right time with zero compromise on freshness or fun.

What you’ll do

You’ll play a pivotal role at the heart of our supply chain, working closely with Manufacturing, Commercial, Logistics, and Retail teams to bring our plans to life.

• Own the demand forecasting process across multiple channels (Retail, Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Grocery).
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams to understand upcoming campaigns, seasonal peaks, and new product launches.
• Analyse trends and data to create accurate, insight-driven forecasts that balance customer demand with operational efficiency.
• Lead the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process aligning cross-functional stakeholders around one plan.
• Continuously improve forecasting accuracy and processes through data, collaboration, and creative problem solving.

What we’re looking for

• You’ll love numbers, but you’ll love people even more. You’ll bring curiosity, structure, and a desire to make a real impact in a growing, joyful brand.
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning, ideally in FMCG, retail, or food manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills  confident interpreting data and trends.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills you’ll connect teams and build trust across the business.
• A proactive mindset able to anticipate challenges and spot opportunities before they arise.
• Experience using planning tools
