Our Krispy Kreme Factory in Dartford is the heart of our doughnut production for the South of England. It’s where our skilled Manufacturing and Logistics teams work together to make, decorate, and distribute our delicious, freshly made doughnuts to stores and cabinets across the region. What will I do as a Food Processing Operative:

You’ll be responsible for mixing our secret ingredients, filling, decorating, and boxing all our yummy doughnuts by hand daily. You’ll work, in a fast-paced and versatile manufacturing environment, with tight deadlines especially during peak times throughout the week and year. Expectations of quality and food safety standards are high; therefore, consistency and ability to follow food processing specifications is key.

What we’re looking for in a Food Processing Operative:

• Flexibility to work an 8 hour / day, in line with site specific manufacturing shift requirements
• Excellent availability to work between Monday to Sunday
• Quality focused, team players, who are looking to master their craft, while not taking themselves too seriously
• Excellent work ethic, reliability, coachability and a positive attitude
