Located in Albany Park, Frimley Road, Camberley, our Frimley site serves as both the UK Head Office and a production facility.

Pay & Hours

• Competitive salary (dependant on role you could be entitled to bonus & car allowance eligibility required)
• 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
• Hybrid role: Office based 3 days a week (Frimley or London dependant on role) 2 other days of your choice!

We’re looking for a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and help shape the future of our business through insight, analysis, and collaboration.

What you’ll do

As our FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping us understand performance, plan for growth, and make confident decisions across our UK & Ireland business. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and clarity across the business.
• Partner with department heads to provide commercial insight and identify opportunities to drive efficiency and growth.
• Analyse key business drivers and create reports, dashboards, and models that bring financial performance to life.
• Track performance vs. plan, helping tell the story behind the numbers in a way that’s clear and actionable.
• Support strategic projects, new initiatives, and continuous improvement across the Finance team

What we’re looking for

We’re after someone who’s as comfortable with Excel as they are with people. You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in an FP&A, commercial finance, or analytical role (ideally in a multi-site or FMCG environment).
• Excellent modelling, reporting, and analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear business insight.
• A collaborative mindset someone who builds relationships and communicates financial information in a simple, engaging way.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, fun, and evolving business.
• Part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) preferred, but experience matters most.
