Clinical Deputy Manager | Amberley Care Home, Sale | Salary: £58,800 per annum | Full Time 40 hours per week.

Amberley Care Home sits in the heart of the historic town of Sale and is home to 72 residents who rely on us for Residential, Dementia and Respite care. We’re proud of the standards we’ve built and even more excited about where we’re heading next.

We’re now looking for a confident, compassionate, and forward-thinking Clinical Deputy Manager who isn’t just searching for their next role… but their next chapter.

If you’re an experienced Deputy Manager with aspirations to become a Home Manager, Amberley offers the perfect environment to grow. You’ll be joining a Home Manager, Tsitsi, who is deeply committed to developing her leaders someone who will champion your progress, involve you in strategic decisions, and mentor you toward that future step.

Contract & Benefits:

• £58,800 per annum
• 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with weekend leadership cover on rotation
• Paid DBS & NMC

What This Role Looks Like:

As our Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:

• Lead on clinical governance and uphold exceptional standards of nursing care.
• Coach, develop, and empower nursing and care teams to be the very best version of themselves.
• Champion person-centred care, safety, and compliance across the home.
• Support the Home Manager in driving quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
• Take responsibility for the home in the absence of the Home Manager a true stepping stone to your future leadership career.

• You’re a Registered Nurse with strong clinical knowledge and a passion for older people’s care.
• You already have experience as a Clinical Deputy Manager.

Leadership Structure:

Home Manager: overall operations, quality, strategy, and home development.

Clinical Deputy Manager (You): clinical excellence, governance, leadership of the nursing team, and a key partner in driving improvements.

Nursing Team & Care Team: delivering personalised, compassionate care in partnership with you.
