Our modern residence, located in the heart of Lochgelly, Fife, provides exceptional Residential and Dementia care for up to 42 residents, blending contemporary comfort with compassionate support.

What We Offer

• £20.50 per hour
• £500 welcome bonus (T&Cs apply)
• Contracted to 38.5 hours per week
• Paid PVG, pension scheme

• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

What You Will Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will develop and implement personalised care plans, ensuring each resident receives tailored support to meet their unique needs. You will monitor health, administer medications safely, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Each shift, you will lead and guide your team to deliver the highest standards of care while fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Promoting independence, encouraging social interaction, and ensuring safety and wellbeing will be central to your role. You will also respond quickly to any emergencies, prioritising resident care at all times.

What We Are Looking For

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
• Care home experience is beneficial but not essential
• A compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and a calm, professional approach
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of older people and leading by example
