Salary: £32,000 per annum (pro rata)

Hours: Full or Part-time hours considered – Hours can be agreed between 24-35 hours with flexibility

Job Purpose:
To support the efficient operation of the finance function by delivering accurate and timely administrative coordination across all accounts processes.
The Payroll & Accounts Administrator ensures that payroll and financial transactions are processed in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements, contributing to smooth financial operations, effective reporting, and strong support for both internal and external stakeholders.


Key responsibilities of the Payroll & Accounts Administrator:


• Monthly payroll duties: ensuring clocking in requirements are correct via the time management system, processing of payroll, Pension Contributions Payments and communicating internally with staff with regards to payroll updates and queries
• Managing purchase ledger invoices, purchase orders and approvals via automation software, including checking and matching documents
• Process all sales invoices for Moody Logistics and other group companies – including rent and utilities
• Act as the point of contact between finance, vendors and other departments
• Recording of staff sickness, holidays and absences
• Maintain all training arrangements and ensure all training records are updated
• Responsible for administration of the time management system
• Ensure all company polices and processes are kept up to date
• Support the smooth running of day-to-day office administration
