Oakbank Care Home is a brand-new, purpose-built 70-bed home situated in the scenic town of Crieff. Surrounded by hills and greenery, we provide Residential, Dementia, Nursing, Respite, and Palliative care in a peaceful and welcoming environment where residents feel safe, supported, and understood.
We are now looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RGN or RMN) to join our team. Whether you prefer day or night shifts, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
What We Offer
- Day Nurse: £21.32 per hour
- Night Nurse: £22.50 per hour
- £1,000 welcome bonus (£500 after 3 months and £500 after 6 months)
- 33.75 contracted hours per week (day or night shifts available)
- Paid PVG, uniform, and annual NMC registration
- Pension scheme and ongoing training
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)
What You Will Do
As a Registered Nurse at Oakbank, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care, ensuring the wellbeing, comfort, and dignity of residents at all times.
Day Nurse: You will support residents with their daily routines, administer medication, monitor health and wellbeing, liaise with families and professionals, and guide care assistants to provide safe and compassionate care.
Night Nurse: You will be the calm, reassuring presence residents rely on during the night. You will take responsibility for monitoring health, responding swiftly to changes, leading the care team, and ensuring residents feel comfortable, safe, and supported through the night.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to best practice
