Our residential home in the beautiful High Peak provides high-quality Residential, Respite, and Dementia care for up to 36 residents.

We are now looking for a skilled Administrator with excellent organisational, interpersonal, and first point of contact skills. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with the Home Manager and play an important part in the internal management structure, including line management of the Reception team.

What You’ll Be Doing
As Administrator, you will be the welcoming face of the home, creating a positive first impression for residents, families, and visitors. You will represent the home with pride, building strong relationships with the local community and providing tours for prospective residents.

You will oversee and maintain the enquiry database, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Alongside this, you will manage a range of administrative systems, including residents’ agreements, staff contracts, e-learning, recruitment, payroll, and compliance. Your role will be central to ensuring the home runs smoothly and efficiently every day.

  • Strong administrative skills with experience managing databases and office systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support residents, families, and team members
  • Organisational ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
  • Confidence to line manage Reception staff and contribute to the wider management team
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and professional approach
