Care and Support - Thornfield Care Home
Contract: Full Time , Part- Time, Bank
Salary: £12.21 Per Hour

Contracted hours: 24-48
Located on the edge of the charming seaside town of Seaton, Thornfield Care Home provides personalised Residential, Dementia and Respite care for up to 52 residents. What We Offer:
- £12.21 per hour with paid breaks
- Contracted full-time or part-time hours
- Shift times: 7:30AM to 8:15PM, 7:30AM to 2:00PM, or 2:00PM to 8:15PM
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time contract)

Your Role:
As a Care Assistant, you will help residents with day to day tasks such as dressing, eating and moving around — always with dignity, respect and a friendly face. You will follow individual care plans and work closely with nurses, housekeepers and other colleagues to ensure each resident receives outstanding, joined up care.

What We’re Looking For:
- A caring and compassionate approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A willingness to learn and grow
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- Experience is welcomed but not required — your attitude matters most
