Manor House Care Home is a large, privately owned service with several specialist divisions, providing tailored care for up to 125 residents.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to deliver outstanding clinical care and support the wellbeing of our residents. In this role, you will be a key part of our team, leading, mentoring, and advocating for residents to ensure they receive the highest standards of care in a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.

What You Will Do
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will provide person centred care to residents with complex mental health needs, ensuring their safety, dignity, and wellbeing are always prioritised. You will develop and implement individual care plans, carry out clinical observations, administer medications safely, and maintain accurate and timely records. You will lead and support your team, oversee shift handovers, respond appropriately to changes in residents’ mental and physical health, and work closely with families and multidisciplinary professionals to promote stability, engagement, and recovery within a supportive and inclusive environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC PIN
  • Experience working in mental health or specialist care settings
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and therapeutic relationships
  • Confidence in leading and supporting care teams
  • A calm, compassionate, and professional approach to care
