Your role in action:

Lead Clinical Care: Ensure every resident receives the highest standard of care, tailored to their individual needs.

Enhance Resident Experience: Make every day meaningful for residents, creating a safe, happy, and supportive environment.

Dynamic Leadership: Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and the local community, bringing your skills and personality to the forefront.

Support & Development: Mentor and coach your team, encouraging growth, confidence, and excellence in care.

Step Up: Confidently cover for the Home Manager when needed, showing adaptability and strong decision-making.

Who we’re looking for:

• Qualified Nurse: RGN or RMN, with strong clinical skills and leadership experience.
• Experience with Elderly Care: Skilled in understanding the unique needs of older people, from nursing to dementia care.
• Natural Leader: Able to inspire, guide, and develop your team while maintaining a supportive, positive culture.
• Flexible and Confident: Ready to take charge when needed, adapting to the ever-changing needs of a busy care home.
