We are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in running the Kitchen for the Shelburne Restaurant. Many fresh ingredients like our vegetables and fruit are sourced from the Bowood Estate and the kitchen garden to create seasonal dishes with real depth of flavour, and an extensive accompanying wine list. To be able to join the team here at Bowood, you will be an established Junior Sous Chef, already working in a casual high end, or 2 Rosette restaurant environment. You will be expected to assist the Head Chef with the day to day management of the kitchen and take responsibility for supervising and developing the brigade. You will ensure the highest standards in the creation of accomplished classic and elegant dishes, producing consistent levels of finesse to exceed customer satisfaction.
