We currently have a great opportunity for a Spa Receptionist to join our friendly and professional Spa team at Bowood Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort.
We are looking for a dedicated, motivated team player able to work well under pressure.
You will need to demonstrate excellent guest service skills, be well presented with good communication skills.
Your role will be to meet and greet our members and Spa Day guests, book treatments and ensure that all Hotel Residents and Spa members enjoy the ultimate customer experience whilst visiting the Spa.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
The role is 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings on a rota basis, however, consideration will also be given to candidates looking for a part-time role.
