Salary range £38,000 to £ 42,000 per annum

Shift patterns and hours worked could be tailored to the successful candidates requirements.

We are pleased to announce that the opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join the management team at Bowood Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort has recently become available.
Working alongside our Executive Head Chef, we are looking for a candidate who can inspire a talented kitchen brigade to deliver two rosette standard food, with ambitions to improve on this into the future.
Previous experience of managing a multi outlet kitchen operation, with proven leadership skills and having the ability to recruit, train, motivate and develop the team is a must.
A strong understanding of due diligence, food safety and H&S regulations are equally important.
Your passion for working with fresh food will inspire and motivate both the kitchen and front of house teams, as maintaining the highest quality and consistency is the key to achieving the future ambitions of the resort.
